Please submit the following items along with your application:

• Most recent Academic Report

• A recent photograph (ID size)

• Student's Abridged Birth Certificate

• Immunisation Card (Pre & Primary School Only)

• Transfer Card from the previous school attended

• Copies of the front and back of both parents/guardian's ID documents

• Specialist Assessment or Educational Psychologist report (if required)

• Statement of Account from transferring school
